At Rodgers Elite Aquatics, every detail of your swimmer’s journey is intentional — because it was built by someone who understands that excellence is earned, not given. JP Rodgers founded the company to provide an elevated, results-driven approach to private swim instruction, combining technical precision, individualized coaching, and a deep respect for each swimmer’s unique needs.

With years of hands-on experience coaching children, adolescents, and adults, JP has honed a philosophy that prioritizes confidence, mastery, and long-term development over quick results or crowded group lessons. By keeping client numbers intentionally limited, JP ensures every session is focused, structured, and transformative.

Whether training in New York or offering selective travel-based instruction in Orlando and Miami, JP remains personally involved in all programs — designing every plan, guiding every session, and ensuring each swimmer experiences progress, safety, and empowerment in the water.
